1. Service Agreement:

By engaging the services of Unleashed Dog Walking and Pet Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Dog Health and Behavior:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their dog's health, behavior, and any special requirements. Unleashed Dog Walking and Pet Services reserves the right to refuse service if a dog displays aggressive behavior or poses a risk to the safety of our staff or other animals.

3. Weather Conditions:

Unleashed Dog Walking and Pet Services will make every effort to walk dogs in various weather conditions. However, in extreme weather (hot or cold), the safety and well-being of the dog will be our top priority. Walk durations may be adjusted or canceled for the safety of the dog and our walkers. In cases of severe weather conditions, clients will be notified, and alternative arrangements may be discussed.

4. Veterinary Emergencies:

In the event of a veterinary emergency, Unleashed Dog Walking and Pet Services will make every effort to contact the client immediately. If the client cannot be reached, Unleashed Dog Walking and Pet Services is authorized to seek medical attention for the dog at the nearest veterinary clinic. All veterinary expenses will be the responsibility of the client, and Unleashed Dog Walking and Pet Services will not be held liable for any veterinary costs.

5. Key Handling: Clients may provide Unleashed Dog Walking and Pet Services with a spare key or arrange for access to their property for dog walking purposes. Keys will be securely stored and handled with confidentiality. Unleashed Dog Walking and Pet Services will not be responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the client's failure to secure their property.

6. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

7. Payment: Payment for services is due in advance or as agreed upon with Unleashed Dog Walking and Pet Services. Late payments may incur additional fees.

8. Liability: While Unleashed Dog Walking and Pet Services takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the dogs in our care, we cannot be held liable for any injuries or illnesses that may occur during or after walks. Clients are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their dog to other animals, individuals, or property.

9. Updates and Communication: Clients will receive regular updates on their dog's walks. It is the client's responsibility to inform Unleashed Dog Walking and Pet Services of any changes in their contact information or their dog's health and behavior.

10. Agreement Modification: Unleashed Dog Walking and Pet Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with notice to the client.
